These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Beyond Arrival website and the travel advisory and planning services provided by Meridian Global Advisory LLC, doing business as Beyond Arrival ("Beyond Arrival," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
Beyond Arrival provides travel advisory, planning, and coordination services, including corporate travel logistics, custom itineraries, and escorted trips. In arranging travel, we act as an intermediary between you and independent third-party suppliers — such as airlines, hotels, ground transport, tour operators, and activity providers. We do not own or operate those services.
Information on this website is for general guidance and does not constitute a binding offer. Pricing, availability, and trip details are confirmed in writing as part of a specific engagement. Bookings are subject to the terms, conditions, and payment schedules of both Beyond Arrival and the applicable suppliers, which we will provide before you commit.
Deposit requirements, payment schedules, change fees, and cancellation and refund terms vary by trip and supplier and will be set out in your specific proposal or agreement. Supplier cancellation policies apply in addition to ours. You are responsible for reviewing these terms before booking.
You are responsible for holding valid passports, visas, permits, and any required vaccinations or health documentation for your trip; for arriving on time for scheduled services; and for complying with the laws and entry requirements of your destinations. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance. Beyond Arrival is not responsible for losses arising from missing or invalid documentation.
Because travel services are provided by independent suppliers, Beyond Arrival is not liable for the acts, errors, omissions, delays, cancellations, injuries, losses, or damages caused by those suppliers, or by events beyond our reasonable control, including weather, strikes, government action, or other force majeure. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from our services is limited to the fees you paid to Beyond Arrival for the services in question.
Where Beyond Arrival provides an escorted trip, an advisor accompanies you to assist with logistics, navigation, and on-the-ground support. The escort does not assume responsibility for your personal safety, health, or belongings, and the supplier and traveler-responsibility terms above continue to apply.
